In Petropavlivska Borschahivka, Kyiv region, a loud scandal erupted on November 2 after reports that dozens of people were allegedly being held illegally in the basement of a private house. Local residents gathered near the building and demanded explanations. The situation escalated into clashes.

According to information spread on social media, there could have been around 40 people in the building, including servicemen. Eyewitnesses claimed that some people were being held against their will, and some were in a serious condition.

Later, a medic who managed to get inside told journalists from TSN that there could have been around 25-30 people in the basement. She did not establish the exact number.
